      Hil I own 2005 impala, my ignition locked up and I am unable to turn the key. Im able to pull the key out but cant turn the ignition. Was this part of the recall? Any info would be appreciated thanks.

      Probably not.

      Pull the steering wheel hard one way while trying to release the ignition.
      Are you a hill? Is this an automatic? Does it start? How did you turn the car?
