      How long have you been trying to order a Trail boss custom or Lt? Has any dealership told you if there’re any constraints. I heard that convience pkg II is under constraint not sure if it’s lifted yet. All I know is my husband and I have been waiting since February 5 for a Chevy Silverado Rst. Wishing you well in your truck journey.

      So here’s the skinny on the current constraints
      1. no LT Trail Boss
      2. no 6.2 ltr
      3. no Safety package
      4. no Power Sunroof .
      Yep no Trail Boss this build cycle…
      Maybe in October…lol

      Every dealer has many 6.2L engines on order for shop vehicles. None are being produced, the GM approved manufacturer of 3 key components to build the engines has went out of business. Other suppliers are being sought, but have to be retooled. We are being told 18-24 months before the 6.2L supply chain is healthy.

      This is from todays GM email to us regarding 6.2 engines. Its a copy/paste weekly. <Supply chain is engaged with the supplier for future ship plans. Purchasing is engaged with the supplier. Engineering is engaged with the supplier.>

      TheOlePartsGuy;
      Yes that is absolutely correct !
      That is the maine reason for the sort of the ZR2
      The other is the lack of the PCM in which controles many other features.
