Has anyone had starting issues out of their new 2500’s? I just picked mine up a couple weeks ago and took it to the service department twice and they can’t pinpoint the problem yet. The truck will randomly not start after setting for a bit. The batteries tested good just low charge but we charged them up so it may be a dead cell in the battery too. The weird thing is the second time the truck done this it eventually cranked without jumpstarting but struggled to start. I’m not sure if it’s a parasitic draw, a ground, or a bad cell in a battery the testers aren’t picking up. The truck has about 1,300 miles on it and that’s it. Does anyone have any clue what it could be or had a similar thing happen?
