New Chevy Avalanche?

      Have had 3 Avalanches since they first came. Last one 2011 is getting a little long in the tooth.

      Any idea if they will ever return? Some dealers say there may be something in 2018, but little info. Help!

      Yeah, unfortunately, there won’t be any more Avalanches — at least not for this generation of the K2XX platform Silverado/Tahoe/Suburban.

      The only possibility is that the T1XX program (next-gen full-size trucks and SUVs) will have a variant of the Suburban in the form of the Avalanche… but I wouldn’t hold my breath.

      I’m disheartened by this as well, but the decision makes sense given how few Avalanches GM sold during the lifespan of the nameplate.
