New 2025 z71 Suburban cigarette lighter?

      just bought a new 2025 z71 suburban and can’t find the cigarette lighter for charging purposes. does anyone know the location?

      Should be USB and power ports in the dash.

      If it’s like the 2025 Equinox, the cigarette lighter is in the back. The USB ports are for car play only. I had to get an extension cord to reach from the cigarette lighter to the front of the SUV.

      Found two USB-C ports in the lowest part (almost on the floor) of the climate vents tower of the rear passenger seats in the 2025 Equinox Activ.

      Like many of the new vehicles, I guess manufacturers have decided driver’s no longer need cigarette lighters! There are many that still smoke as well as requiring a 12V for various devices such as GPS’s, portable lights, etc. Do what I did. I ordered a 3-pk of 12V sockets from Amazon, and connected them directly to a 12V source, giving me 12V always ON. I also ordered a 12V charger with 2 USB-C incorported in it for charging my new iphone.You can also order a cigarette lighter. I used only two so far due to limited mounting space, and drilled the required holes in the dash, and presto two 12V always On sockets. My truck is a 2024 Silverado. Hope that helps.
