I hope someone can help, I’m frustrated with this thing! I have a 2017 Tahoe and a dinosaur of an iPod Nano. I couldn’t tell you how old it is but has to be 10 years-ish. When I plug the iPod in via USB cord, the car recognizes it- shows the song on the screen, I’m able to skip songs, but they won’t actually play.
I checked and the mylink has the latest update, and I updated the iPod on iTunes as well. Tried troubleshooting by turning the car off, plugging only the USB in, turning car on, iPod on, then plugging the iPod in. No such link in playing music.
Any ideas? Or is my iPod just too old?
My phone works fine via Bluetooth and USB, so no clue what to do!
