      I notice that GMC navigation maps are not updated when Google updates maps rendering the GMC navigation useless. With android auto introduced free, it makes GMC appear to be a greedy cooperation attempt to squeeze every penny from its customers. Good luck with your marketing. I’m a lifelong customer however that will change on my next purchase!

      GM does not own the copyrights to the map data, so they rely on a vendor for updates and from the update from my last truck even Canada gets a royalty from the published data. Even Google is not free, you are giving up your privacy using it.
