Why are we being charged for an app that used to be free? On my 2017 Tahoe, I was able to remote start from the app, unlock from the app, locate my car from the app, etc. Now for my 2019 Blazer I have to PAY? This is ridiculous!

Yup, welcome to the GM of 2020. We tried getting an explanation for the change and didn’t get very far.
