My Malibu Premier has been 10 days at the dealer and no commitment from the dealer or Chevy when parts will be available to fix an allegedly common problem with transmission. They need a pack of valves that Chevy say are not available to schedule. In the meantime the dealer put me in a rented Dodge Challenger until Enterprise insisted that Chevy needed me to be in a Chevy, and they had me return the Dodge and pick up a Tahoe. If this affair was a simple day or two exercise, I would not mind what I drove but when the dealer cannot tell me how long I will be driving the rental, I want to be in something like what I am paying for. In other words a simple 4 door sedan like my Malibu. Am I being unreasonable ? So, tomorrow is the beginning of another week and which takes me out of Mr Nice Guy stage, and into “let’s get this show on the road” stage with a simple question – WHEN ? Maybe I’ll go to service reception with my Go-Pro, or should that wait until next Monday? I don’t mean to be a pain in the A##, but you made me…..
