Just got a car!

      Hey guys i just got a car. It’s a ’93 cavalier sedan in white, it’s an automatic. It’s a little rough around the edges (a bit of rust on the bottoms of the doors but nothing i can’t take care of) but nicely equipped for the price. Power locks, an aftermarket deck (stock speakers though, but they still work) and it runs great. I’m so excited……..that i just can’t hide it.

      Awesome, surprised you managed one to snag one with pw, most didnt have them then.

      And like Alex said, how do you plan to make it just the way you want it?

      How many miles does it have and much did you get it for?

      Congratulations on what I am assuming is your first car!

      yes first car. it’s just a car to drive while i’m restoring my truck so i’m not gonna do much to it. and i don’t remember the miles off heart.

      No its the 2.2 and the milage is 200,000+

      I dont mean to put a damper on the excitement or be a party pooper but that car is extremely unreliable especially with that mileage and the 2.2, glad your using it only temporary while restoring the truck, If I were you I would get rid of this as soon as the truck is ready before it breaks down on you.

      in the first its getting dark so i’m in front of my dads truck (hence the sunglasses, my dad had his hid’s on). second one just backing it off the trailer. and finally a picture of the beast that hauled it home

      here you go got some more pics today
      first is my gauges, second is my door (power locks but not windows) next is the rust on my drivers side, then a full car, then another, the rust on the passenger side, then the rump, then two shots of the engine bay, then another full car, not the best I was using an iphone.

      I dont think you can really get rid of the rust, but since its white, painting over it would make the car look alot better, Id recommend a spray paint can, put tape around the rust, and hold it about 6in away.

      Are those wheels or caps? Cant tell.

      It looks like decent condition for the year.

      Put pics up of that awesome truck as well.

      well no we wont be ableto get rid of it per se just clean it up with a wire wheel then spray it with whatever. yes they are wheel caps. yes it would be fun. and more pics of the truck.

      That’s cool 😀 I really want to buy a car but I’ll do it only after graduation from university. My major is astronomy and I do like it. Although, it’s pretty hard. To get prepared for classes I often read this site https://solarstory.net/asteroids/largest-asteroids. This article about the largest asteroids and others are very interesting.

      I had a 96 cavalier with 2.2, great car. Drove the crap out of it and never a problem
