I have a 2018 Terrain I took on vacation last month. While we were out and about the radio stopped working, static only. Took it to my local GM dealership and told the plastic that holds the antenna in place broke. Since the plastic that holds the antenna wire in place in the exterior radio box broke inside the passenger compartment it was listed as abused. This wire is in the foot area of the passenger side of the vehicle and unprotected. This is clearly a design flaw as the wires hang onto the passenger foot area and are unprotected in any way. How do I get GM to take another look at this issue?
