Wassup fellas, I’m an owner of a 2012 Buick LaCrosse. I absolutely love the car despite the car being geared towards the older population. What I don’t like is how my iPhone 6+ and Intellilink can’t get along. I’ve had on and off problems with the two connecting via my usb cord and now out the blue this indexing issue. I don’t know how to fix this. I’ve even let it sit and try to run its course for about 30 minutes to no avail. I have read that it checks for updates and what not but exactly how long does this process take? I don’t mind using Bluetooth but I would rather control my music thru the radio and not look down at my phone. And due to the lack of updates I was very close to replacing the whole unit if the heating and air controls were built into it (who does that??). If anyone has an answer I’d be greatly appreciative of it.
