Intellilink reboots when using usb

      Everytime I plug a usb in a port, whether it be my phone, hard drive, 32gb thumb drive, 256gb thumb drive, the system will freeze when playing songs after 5-10 minutes and then intellilink will restart.

      I am using mp3s with less than 10k songs? Bluetooth songs from my phone works fine. I updated intelligence last weekend too.

      This sounds like a corruption in the firmware.

      It sounds like you have already done everything you could to fix it… so at this point, your best bet would be to take it to a dealer, have them document (important if anything crops up later) it and have them swap the system out for a new one.

      I think it’s actually the size of the thumb drive. The manual says you can expect issues if you have their system trying to read more than 4-5k files which is a joke. The processor is really slow in there units and indexing that many files chokes it.
