Hi, I have a new Terrain and I am experiencing a problem with the intellilink freezing. I thought it was the Bluetooth but then I’m having the same with the USB cord. Once the screen freezes I can’t do anything. Not even turn it off. Can anyone give me any suggestions?

I am having the same problems with my new Acadia. It is going to dealership tomorrow, but I am going on vacation next weekend and hope it is fixed. It has not worked right since I bought it two weeks ago.

I have a new Acadia. The intellilink will not recognize my apple iPhone 4s or 5. Any news on this issue?

I have a 2014 Terrain which freezes a couple times a week.Has been in a couple times for a fix,one time while it was in the freeze mode.It still does it on a regular basis.Frustrating to say the least.Tom

Hey I need help, I have a 2017 GMC Terrain and I am having the same issues with my intellilink stereo freezing, also my stereo will not shut off, even if the car is off the intellilink stereo is still on, I had to disconnect my battery just for the stereo to reset and power down. I went and looked to see if I had an update and every time I click on check for updates and I get a message saying please insert usb driver, I am getting really frustrated, I called a gmc dealership and a person that worked there for 5 years has never heard of an update or usb driver. Please can someone help me
