I have an order for a 2500HD, with a TPW of 12/20/21. As of 12/20, the event code was 3300. On 12/27, it had advanced to 3400…but as of 1/3 it was still at 3400. Any idea how long it should take to move to 3800, given the holidays and the COVID situation?

AnonymousWhere are you finding your information? Is there an on line search engine? I have a truck on order, dealership says its code 4300. TIA

I’m getting the event codes for my truck from a chat session on the Chevrolet.com website.

According to this, your truck is someplace along the way to your dealer.

AnonymousThanks and yep, it’s been sitting at a lot in MI for 3 weeks in that status. Ugh!
I went to the chat in GMC.com and typed in my order number. The chat bot said “Congrat’s your vehicle has been produced. Talk to your local salesman for more information.”F-15’s?

Just wishful thinking…perhaps many years ago, had my eyesight been up to par. But hey, you have to have a username…might as well have something interesting!
Hope you see your truck soon. I’m still waiting for an answer to my question. I have GM sending me “weekly updates”, but the update I got yesterday didn’t tell me anything I didn’t already know. I got the event code from a chat, not from my “weekly update”. Without really understanding the manufacturing process, it’s hard for me to believe that it’s been “broadcast to production” for over a week with the build not having been done by now.
