How do i track my Cadillac ct5v? I have the VIN of my Cadillac ct5v (not Blackwing) but there seems to be a problem with the transport for montreal in canada. Is it possible to follow the vehicle in the transport with the VIN? Thanks a lot

Seems to be an ongoing issue with GM special orders. I also have a VIN for an ordered vehicle. The only source outside of the dealership I’ve found was to go to the build and price GM website, click on the chat window when it pops up and request an “advisor”. Once a real live advisor came on, they set me up for email status updates. Those seem to be the only options I’ve been able to find. Tracking the progress of a vehicle in the shipping stage has been very difficult for all of us. Good luck.

2 months ago I ordered a 2023 Cadillac XT4 Premium Luxury. Of course I had only an order # so I called Cadillac Customer Service and they took all my info and gave me the Vin #. They told me it was built and shipped and should be at the dealer. I called the dealer with the vin and I was told the car did come in and was sold. Cadillac is following up with the dealer to see why this happened since they also have the original order with my name etc on it. This vehicle was purchased through GM’s Legacy program as I have done for several years. This dealer can count on several calls from GM as well as visits from me.
I hope someone with some authority reads these and can be of help. This should NEVER happen especially to someone who has been loyal to GM since my Dad worked for and purchased only GM since the 1940’s. I have continued the tradition.
