I purchased a 2021 GMC Yukon back in December and it has the rear entertainment package. I haven’t tried to use it until recently and am finding that none of the HDMI or USB-C ports are working. Before scheduling an appointment I wanted to see if it was just a fuse, however, the owners manual does not specify a fuse number for the HDMI ports. Anyone have this problem or know which fuse?
Exact same problem. Were you able to fix this?
No. In fact, I took to a dealership and they told me it was fixed only to get home and realize it wasn’t. Now I’m having to wait for another appointment.
Any update on the fix?
Has anyone gotten a fix for this? I am having the same problem in my ’21. Fuses for those ports are all fine.
I am having the same issue. Very annoying because we are going on a trip. Bought a Amazon Fire Stick…didn’t work. So bought a Roku, nothing.
I feel like I am making this more difficult then needed.
I have an update!
I finally took my vehicle in today. They discovered broken wire under the passenger side. Warranty should cover the fix.
A little invasive (sounds like they have to tear most of it apart.) But luckily I should have my vehicle back tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
