OnStar advisor told me that the Guidance plan is not available any longer, I had to take the Chevrolet Essentials plan and buy my minutes so that is what I did. It upsets met letter that a letter showed up from OnStar that offers the Guidance plan and Onstar advisor told me that it is not available as of last month.
