Picked up a brand new 2015 Terrain Denali 2 weeks ago. Intellilink system freezes about every 15 minutes and than re-boots.
Dealer says it is a “known software issue” with GM, and that they will resolve the problem with a software patch downloaded directly to my radio by satellite… “eventually”.
GM Customer Service cannot seem to find such a documented issue with the 2015 Terrain.
Can someone assist me in obtaining the software patch, or do I need to just return the vehicle or ask for a new radio??
FYI,I have a 2014 and mine freezes a couple times a week.Has been in a couple times for “update” with no improvement.Even got it in to the dealer in a freeze position.Still does it a couple times a week.I have been a loyal GM user for my whole life and this has me looking at other brands now.I wish they would bring back a true 4X4 mid size SUV.Tom
