I cannot figure out how to fix the error.
MIL Error C0050 Right Rear Wheel Speed Sensor
MIL Error P0449 Evaporative Emission Control System Vent Valve / Solenoid CircuitI replaced the gas cap and new vent valve solenoid. Awaiting if fails again. I can actuate and hear the solenoid clicking. The solenoid failed once before this couple year ago this is second time.
Main problem is the ABS. I get no wheel speed from RR (passenger rear) sensor. I replace the wheel sensor, I replaced and programmed the EBCM, I cut the line in two places one right at the wires into the EBCM and I cannot get 5V that gets modulated by the wheel sensor. The left rear wheel sensor has 5V across the connector when I disconnect the sensor just above the wheel on the frame rail. When I cut the wires right at the EBCM connector I ohmed out for continuity with a pin to the connector which was also fine. If I ohm across the connector with truck off at the RR I get 8K ohms so it is not open circuit. I don’t get the 5V I get
across the LR connector. I get 0V.After clearing codes; the ABS error immediately returns. While replacing the solenoid vent valve I moved around a bundle of wire toward the engine side of the EBCM near the EBCM. The error persisted then went off for one day and back on today.
Any ideas on what to check next? Is there a separate power fuse or line that feeds each sensor?
