GMC order status 4800

      Hi all: I ordered a ’14 Sierra all terrain a little over a month ago and just learned its at 4800 status. Does anyone have any experience as to how long it normally takes from 4800 to arriving at a dealership? Dealer has been good about updates but man it is frustrating tracking a GM vehicle!! (I’ve seen that topic is well documented in the forums!)

      Status 4800 is “rail ramp unload”. Once it gets on a truck, you’re probably one or two days away.

      I am finding out the order status is very difficult. Ordered a 2015 SLT (8) weeks ago and the dealer can only tell me that the work will progress in “a few weeks”……….not a good answer.
