Put a new fuel pump in 09 Silverado. Didn’t work..put new fuel control solenoid in. Checked all fuses. No power to the new pump

Have you check the fuel pump fuse and relay in the underhood fusebox?

Check out the fuel pump fuse it is generally the cause of the problem.
