When towing my 2013 Equinox the Blue Ox tow bar will unlock on one arm and the car starts a radical “whipping” motion from side to side. It has also happened when going an uneven place in the highway. Blue Ox tech rep said there was a problem in certain Equinox vehicles that creates the problem and they will replace a wiring harness that is the problem. Has anyone had this problem and was it corrected by GM
