Duplicate Songs when Using iPhone 5s

      I have a 2012 Chevy Equinox and when I use my USB plug to connect my iPhone 5s each song is listed in the system 3 times. It is not like this on my phone or in iTunes. It is very hard to choose an artist or album now to listen to because I have to move through each song 3 times. Anyone else have this problem or know if there is a software updated?
