I am embarrassed to admit it, but I just noticed that the radio buttons on my Malibu differ from those seen in the Malibu brochure and in some online photos. Between the Volume and Tune Menu knobs, on the upper row, from left to right, I have FAV- 1- 2- 3- 4- 5-BACK. The brochure (which I had since February) shows FAV- the home icon- SOURCE- the phone icon- BACK. It would seem that the latter is more up to date because to have 1-5 buttons is duplicative of the touch screen right above. I bought my car on March 31, about a week after it arrived from the factory, so it’s not like it was built in late 2013 or very early 2014. I am curious to hear from other 2014 Malibu owners as to what configuration you have in your car. Does anyone know why there would be a difference?
After researching, I think I figured this out. The FAV-1-2-3-4-5-BACK configuration is on models with NAVIGATION. Right?
I found this in 1 google search. You tell us.
I had a senior moment. After my postings, I found the info in the manuals. DUH on my part! The end.
