We have had a ’22 Yukon Denali that has been built since the end of May 2022, dealership said delivery should be in 4-8 weeks, we are now at 12 weeks with no end in sight. We have been told there is a Microprocessor issue and now a Third row seatbelt recall that has prevented it from being shipped. What’s next??!! We have seen ’23 Denalis on the lots along with many Denali’s we KNOW were built after ours was. Who can i contact at GM to get this FIXED AND SHIPPED!!! I have heard of delivery issues but nothing quite like this from anyone.
HELP!!!
Your vehicle is probably built but now has entered that dreaded black hole called GM Logistics. Your vehicle disappears into this hole and emerges at some unknown point in time at your dealer and you get a phone call. My best advise is to have your dealer contact the GM Fullfilment department and with any luck he can pull some strings. Good luck.
Any luck I’m in same situation was told the same thing car is still in Arlington it’s a Yukon xl Denali diesel
