Hi there. I am wondering what is the difference between the international and US Colorado “frame” wise.
I read the specs and it appears that the international one has more payload than the US (~2000lbs vs ~1500lbs).
Why is that?
Even the Gross Vehicle Mass is higher, that leads to more payload of course, but again why?
is there a difference in the frame strength? I thought I read that the US employed the HSS steel in the same frame and is built stronger.
Then what is left to have the international one load more? Suspension, Tires ratings, axles, brakes?
Thanks
