I would retorque bank 2 side of intake, if its still doing it then you can do a smoke test. If you are certain there are zero vacuum leaks then id replace the MAF (sometimes cleaning it doesnt always fix it). If it still doing it after the MAF, then get a stethoscope or a long screw driver/piece of metal and hold it on each injector while its running and listen to each one for a consistent “click” sound. If they all sound ok then it could be a fuel pump/regulator issue, but i doubt thats the problem. My money is on either a bad MAF or intake gaskets not seating properly

A lot of lifter issues! Ours….2017 with 66,000 miles had to have the right bank worked over! 2,880.00 dollars! Hoping the left bank does not give us problems.
Many folks dealing with these lifter problems.

If its an afm motor, I would say ur gonna want to check for lifter failure. Smoke coming out the tailpipe can be anything from moisture accumulation in the exhaust or crankcase (from short drives constantly) or something more serious like burning oil or coolant
