I have a 2015 Chevy traverse LX and my Bluetooth won’t connect. It is a base model with no aftermarket changes. The buttons to delete my phone delete all and pair device are greyed out. I have unpaired my device from the system and turned my Chevy off several times but the buttons remain greyed out. It worked perfectly fine prior and this morning won’t give me any prompts on the touch screen to activate pairing or select a phone. I used the feature 2 days ago and it worked just fine pairing with my phone didn’t not drive the car at all yesterday not anyone else and this morning it won’t even allow me to delete the phones to try repairing device.
