Hello, I’ve recently faced this weird problem with my 2012 chevy sonic. Whenever I turn it on, the engine turns on, rattles a little, then turns off. However, the next time I turn it on everything works fine. Except after a few minutes once I’m on idle, the oil pressure sensor will light on and once I throttle a little then the light goes off. The car is fine while driving and I find no issues at stable speeds. It only happens once I stop in traffic or at a red light (check oil sensor lights on) and once I start moving it turns off..so yeah these are my two issues. If anyone has an idea I’d love to learn about what might be causing this and how I can get it fixed. Already took it to a mechanic and he replaced my “actuator” which did nothing and the issue still occurs.
You must need a doctor’s car. Who had experienced repair this type of car?
