From all the reading ( browsing ) I have been doing, I read that the GMC truck is getting all the attention by GM, when it comes to the looks ,more Options, more advertisement on TV, magazines, Front page award announcements in Auto news and How GM my be trying to push the Chevy trucks out of business , like they did the OLDs and Pontiac . You now what I believe that a lot of people are right. What Do All Of You Thank ?
Eh. They’re the same truck, essentially.
I think it all comes down to clientele and trying to position GMC to make more sense.
GMC buyers are bigger spenders.
I think they should have axed GMC long ago. Or like you said, Axe the Chevy trucks and SUV things and separate the portfolios. Like Dodge/Ram did.
Would the brand buyers switch? Yes. They are the same freaking things. Just make a Purse model of the truck for the “big spenders”
Letter yet, upsell them to a Caddy where they belong. I’m sure they’ve copied the lineup to that too.
Yukon Denali & Escalade.. OH GM!
Yukon & Tahoe
These things barely sell anymore. Come on now.
Come on you Chevy guys, I am talking about Chevy trucks and the Suburban, Who gets the best options. The Chevy Sub was the first introduced in the 30s, before the GMC version ,Now the Chevy is second , look at the engine options , the GMC get 6.2 V8 the Chevy does not. How do you feel about that ?
Who knew.
