Chevy Silverado 4.3 issues

      Stalles while idle..or just would not fire up..couldn’t jump start either.. starter clicks . Pump sound to be working..lights all on.. same.issue in 5th gear doing 120km. When at a steady throttle it Boggs down..and has died totally..jump it in 4th rough jump or won’t even jump . When accelerating no problems ever with a heavy foot she runs great. Literally just a steady rpm or idle and it will totally die. Please help

      Based upon the information given it could be a restriction in the exhaust such as a bent exhaust valve etc.
