So I placed a Chevy Silverado 2500 Custom order back in March, this dealership has ghosted me and has completely given me the run around. I guess they don’t have allocations and obviously aren’t saying that to me. So I just went to another dealership today to order another Custom 2500. Apparently this dealership has allocations to order 2500 Customs “all day long” but I couldn’t get the power fold mirrors, 10 way driver seat and a convenience package. I hope they can at least get this one built. This is frustrating!

Having repeated problems with Houston’s #1 Chevy dealer on my Bolt Trade Repurchase. They say they participate, contact me with the details on a replacement Bolt EUV Premier, they promise to hold it for me and then they sell it. Now, they’ve marked a 2022 scheduled to go into production on June 27. I was born in the morning, but not THIS morning. 2022s are out of production; 2023s began production on May 9. I’m Charlie Brown and they’re Lucy Van Pelt, holding the football and promising that this time, she won’t pull it away, making me fall on my butt.

UPDATE!!!!!!!!!
So I got so sick and tired of no communication with my dealer and sales “chick”. So I started to call around…….again! I spoke to one dealer and they had allocations but I didn’t like there setup and deposit structure. So the sales manager there actually told me to try another dealer. Well, this dealer started my order and had allocations, but by this time the constraints were TIGHT. They had one built and sitting in Canada and was very close to what I want but had and extra $1k of options I didn’t want, but in the end I bought that truck a few days ago. The dealer I worked with was amazing, but we will see what happens from now till I get the truck.Side note: When I went and got my deposit back from the other dealer, they magically had an allocation to order a truck for me. I told them well someone will be getting a nice truck with no options.
