I recently bought this car used, and just replaced my windshield wipers for the first time the other day. I thought the screeching was due to the wipers being old but the sound is still there. I think I’ve found out that the noise is due to the casing of the right wiper being against the windshield, scraping it. Any ideas on what I can do to move it the couple of inches away from the windshield to get rid of the noise and stop it from scratching my windshield?
