Don’t know about the Trailboss but my 2023 order for a LT crew cab, std box with the LZ0 Duramax went in July 27th and the only thing that is certain is that I have my place in line. Until GM gives the go ahead for the new LZ0 to be available my order will not be picked up and allocated. From what I read here they are sating late 22 availability which probably means anywhere from mid October to December. My 22 LT Duramax was never picked up due to allocation issues and diesel constraints, ordered it mid March so if and when I might finally get my 23 it will have been close to a year waiting. Just my feeling but it sounds like GM produced too many 2.7 engines so they put constraints on the 3.0 that and they underestimated the popularity of the 3.0. I am sure the new LZ0 has been in the works for a while so why haven’t they been making them from the day they stopped the LM0.

I was told there will only be 78 Trail Boss’s in the US this year and not until late october .There is zero PCM units for the build at presant! I was able to get a 2022 refresh model built on 7/30 in Mexico fully loaded with the LM2 Duramax. I have spent an entire year tring to get it with the 6.2 but no luck…
Now if they would only ship the truck before years end ! -

kiotiman I feel your pain. My 2023 order is in for a LT Double Cab with the LZ0 motor, and its sitting waiting to be picked up for production. My dealer told me it may be January before production of the Double Cabs start. I’m hoping he’s wrong.
