I can’t get my Iphone 4 to pair with the SRX bluetooth. I brought the car to Cadillac service and they tell me that it is a phone software issue. I’m not having any problems with my phone at all, and my IOS software is up to date. Any suggestions?
Define pair. Do you mean for making phone calls or listening to music?
@Priscilla Yupp, @chevyjake raises a good question.
Also, was the phone ever paired to the SRX ever in the past?
As Alex stated
“Also, was the phone ever paired to the SRX ever in the past?”
My iPhone 5 was paired then deleted and it wouldn’t connect again until my son reset the phone then it quickly paired and worked fine afterwards.
My iPhone5 won’t “pair” with CUE in my 2013 ATS. I called Cadillac and the representative never could get it to “pair” either – I forgot it. I refuse to use a phone while driving and after all, if there is an emergency I’ll use OnStar.
