I have a 2012 buick verano with intellilink. Up until yesterday my bluetooth worked fine. But now for some reason it wont work. I have unpaired and repaired my phone. The phone calls still work and come through over the radio but no audio from my phone. When i try to check the bluetooth settings in the radio it will not let me. The blue bluetooth icon at the bottom when you hit source is usually lit blue but it is grey and i cannot even go to it. I can connect my phone via bluetooth but no bluetooth audio. If anyone knows what this may be or can help please let me know. Thank you.

@asoulja That sounds like the reset glitch.

I know that you unpaired and re-paired, but I would take it a step further:

      1. On your phone, tell it to forget IntelliLink as a trusted bluetooth device
      2. Reset IntelliLink (in settings)
      3. Re-pair

That should solve it. But if it doesn’t, please come back and let us know.

I have a sort of similar problem. I have a 2015 Buick Verano. I purchased it certified pre-owned only 3 weeks ago. Bluetooth audio has been working remarkably well until today. I have been using it primarily to listen to Spotify and Audible. Today, I can connect my phone as usually with no problems, and the screen will display track information, etc. But despite the fact that the bar on the track is moving and the time is progressing when I play songs/books, there is no audio whatsoever.
I am using an iPhone 6. I have forgotten and re-paired at least 10 times. I updated the software one my iPhone. I factory reset the radio (could not find a setting that allowed for factory reset of intellilink specifically). I turned my phone and the car on and off multiple times. Please let me know if you can think of a solution. Thanks!
