What is included in the 2 yr maintance? How many oil changes and does it include filter?
I just bought a 2014 Enclave.
It’s 2 years or 24,000 miles whichever comes first. Included are oil changes including filter and tire rotations.
The Dealers here in Phonix are so sorry, they wont even make me an appointment to get an oil change, probably because i bought the Enclave in MI.
@redvett01 That’s interesting. It doesn’t matter where you bought it, as long as it’s within the warranty period.
Could you elaborate on why they won’t make the appointment?
The Dealer says they will get back with me and never do. Monday i am calling GM Buick Customer Assistance and ask for them to authorize me to get oil changed in my town. Its 55 miles to the closest dealer since GM closed the dealer here in town in 2009.
It’s not even a matter of getting authorization or anything like that… you should just be able to come in or schedule an appointment regardless of where you purchased the Enclave and have it done.
To me, it sounds like the dealer you’re calling has an ineffective process for getting back to calls or making appointments. But if they’re not helpful, Buick Customer Assistance will take care of it! Let us know how it goes!
I don’t think it matters of where you buy the vehicle….. because all dealers should be able to do the maintenance and can’t deny people. I would definitely call the dealer again and if it happens again, just speak to their service manager or just switch to another dealer…… there are always other dealers who wouldn’t treat other customers like shit…. just saying
