      I am attempting to upgrade my 2008 Sierra Denali with a new On-star box with bluetooth. I purchased a VCIM out of a 2009 Sierra Denali that has bluetooth. It installed fine but I need to have it programed for my vehicle. Took it to my local GMC dealer to have the unit flashed. However he was unable to flash the unit as it came back as unrecognizable. Anyone have any idea what is going wrong. I have read in other forums that this should work. HELP Please.
