On my 2013 acaida ,my bluetooth system won’t default to the next phone in line when phone #1 is out of the vehicle.gm sayes there is a software patch for this but nobody at the dealer knows about it. any help?
Hi @conrad6 and welcome to GM Authority!
I’m wondering if the Acadia is supposed to switch to the next paired device when the first device goes out of range. Do you know if this is the case?
Alex
I suggest trying to reprogram it. Maybe wiping out its memory of all phones and then going back and syncing them again will do the trick. I know the Acadia has the capability of having more then one phone connected but I am not sure if they do automatically switch or if there is perhaps a button you have to push.
