I just bought a used 2014 malibu a couple of days ago & can’t pair my phone (iphone4). When I check phone settings on the touch screen & click on BLUETOOTH…is says ‘not available’. When I push the pair/speak button on my steering wheel, the voice comes on saying ‘say a command’…when I give the command: Pair or Connect or Bluetooth…I don’t get anything in response, just silence. My bluetooth is turned on in my phone before I crank the car. I’ve already did a hard reset on my phone to see if that would help. My dealership can’t get me in for another 2 weeks (but I got it at a Ford Dealership & they were limited as well). What should I do? I’ve been googling, on youtube, & still nothing will work!
