I have never used the Bluetooth connect feature, but I tried to today to connect my phone to the gm Bluetooth system, when the system list the commands and tells me to say my command , I say pair or Bluetooth but it doesn’t pick up what I’m saying what so ever, how can I fix this my self? It’s a 09 chevy suburban

Hi @Joey_240sx and welcome to the GMA Forum.
To diagnose this, my first question to you would be: how certain are you that your Suburban is equipped with Bluetooth to begin with?
Outside of that, I wouid recommend hitting the voice rec button and saying “Hands Free”, followed by “Bluetooth”. See if that works.
