Just creating this thread for people to discuss bad service experiences. If you’ve had a bad service experience, what was it and did it ever get resolved? I’ve personally had a bad service experience when one of my lifters went bad on my 2015 c7 corvette.
I just tried to purchase a 2022 Trailblazer ACTIV from Stanley Chevrolet in Mc Cordsville Indiana. The advertised MSRP was $35,145, when my wife called to put money down to purchase, they added $5,000. I am not kidding, $5,000. I called and spoke to the sales manager Jason and he said nothing he will do about it, he said it is his “Market Adjustment”. Lousy customer service and is price gouging.
