My new 2025 GMC YUKON XL Denali Ultimate operating engine oil temperature is reaching as high at 230 to 235 degrees. Is this too hot? Red line for engine oil appears to be like 275 degree on the gauge.
My coolant is reaching as high as 222 degrees but does fluctuate between 210 and 220 most of the time.
Transmission temp is never high.What should the normal operating temperature for the engine oil in my Yukon be?
