GM has taken a lot of bashing in this forum, but I have had the most pleasant order experience. The second week of May I ordered the 2024 GMC 2500HD SLT the way I wanted the vehicle to be built. My dealer (Stokes GMC) in Clanton Alabama and GM kept me informed during the order, production, completion, transport and delivery to the dealer. The truck was delivered the second week of July. My hats off to the men and women that built my truck, not bad for a bunch of Yankees. Thank you!
