ParticipantEntire audio system is not working on day 1 of ownership on my 2024 E-Ray. After 61 days in service repair dealer is not able to remedy the problem. Suggestions on where or who to call at GM. Thank you.

ParticipantI already tried that with a GM customer service request and a case number after 30 days and was denied. No reason given. Just opened another case last week since it has been over 50 days and still no repair. Auto is still at the dealers service.

ParticipantI had a Chevy Bolt that had issuthe information system. I brought it back several times, I made videos of the glitches, brought it to another dealer, contacted GM directly and they still wouldn’t give me a buy back. The Dealership gave me a partial buy back and now I have a lawyer suing for lemon law. For you they may or may not do a buyback because your system doesn’t work at all. Good luck

ParticipantAs of today, 11/6/24, 63 days in repair and I just got a message that GM TAC assistance does not have a fix for my system. They are going to try to get the tech department to figure out an answer. Don’t know how long they want me to sit back and wait. I am in the process of filing lemon law paperwork. I also have 1 of 2 customer service cases open and awaiting for a response. This is horrible customer service from GM. Unbelievable. Brand new Eray with 61 miles on it. Who would believe this situation. Lawyer is waiting for me to make a case. Probably soon at this rate. Whoever buys a car from GM ,,,,, warning……………………..make sure everything in vehicle is working before you write your check. Everything. Don’t believe that an overnight computer fix will work. It doesn’t.

ParticipantToday is day 66. I did file Lemon Law paperwork and now have to wait for the Florida AG to make a decision in order to move forward (they have 20 days). I do have a lot of information from a lawyer but am still waiting for either a buy back or refund from GM or the dealer. I believe that all parties have been notified of this move and hopefully something will be done to rectify this situation. AGAIN, MAKE SURE EVERY ITEM IN YOUR NEW VEHICLE IS ON TASK AND WORKING PROPERLY. DO NO WAIT FOR ANY COMPUTER OR PHYSICAL REPAIR, YOU MAY BE WAITING THROUGH THE ENTIRE 3 YEAR WARRANTY PROGRAM. I absolutely love this GM Eray and would hope that GM would stand behind their customers and replace this vehicle. I want and paid for a vehicle that should work. I have been a GM customer my entire life. I just can’t believe in their stance at this point.
