Can someone explain why there is a huge hole behind the gas and brake pedals on my new 2024 Buick Enclave? I know folks with older Enclaves and they do not have this. Even the carpet is cut and raggedy. I can see mechanical parts through the hole. My husband said it looked like the steering column. Is this the new norm? It seems really unsafe to me.
Because there is a part missing. Take it to your dealer
My Buick Envista Has That Same Hole Behind Gas and Brake Pedal.
I also have a new Envista (great car) and I just looked and there a place behind the pedals where the steering shaft goes through the firewall however it has a rubber boot on it and you cant see anything on the other side of the firewall
