I have the same problem. Brand new 2023 Tahoe, was told the diagnosis is P0207 and I need a new fuel injector. My vehicle has been sitting for a month already and I’m still being told there’s no update as to when they may get one? Others have said to work there way up the chain with GM to get it faster but I’m not even sure where to start.

Ive been waiting 45 days so far for injectors with no word….plus over 2 weeks to hear anything about getting any reimbursement from GM for my rental car….its frustrating and infuriating that this is the way GM treats their customers!!

Just found out mine has a bad injector. Does Chevy give you a loaner car while waiting for part. Can not use original dealer for work, Need a vehicle before 4 weeks?!!

I also had a bad injector. 3rd cylinder. what cylinders were impacted in your Tahoe? I took one of the first deliveries of my 2023 in October. Injector went at about 2K miles. They were able to find an injector in a couple of days at the beginning of January 2023. Dealer said he got it from a GM warehouse in Michigan. GM paid for a rental. Sounds like a common problem like they had with the 2021 valve lifters. If so may be a design flaw or a bad batch of injectors. Also had a one time problem of the Tahoe automatically shifting to neutral at a low speed. Had to shut the motor off and restart. When I got home and turned off the motor a message was displayed that an update had been downloaded and ready to install. Took 1 hr for the update and the Tahoe was locked out of service. I changed the download setting to update in the background and have not had the problem again.
