Hi. I have a new a new 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate I took delivery on 4/28/23. Five days later I had to bring into the dealer to look at an issue with super cruise automatic lane change (not resolved) and a Service Driver Assist Message.
When I start the truck I just see the GMC logo on the large middle screen and Denali on the dash cluster. I am pretty sure I had animated graphics when I first got the truck. Now no animation. I thought it might be that it is not displayed every time. This morning I started the truck and no animation. This is around 10 hours after last start. I do not recall if I had the animation after I picked up the truck from the dealer after the service (was not a focus).
Anyone with a Denali or Ultimate, what do you see when you start it?
Could the dealer have changed it when he programmed something?

Try remote starting the vehicle. Open door and get in but don’t press the start button right away. You should see the animation when you open the the door after remote starting

Thanks, The animated graphics to show up if I do not start the car right away. Usually I start the truck faster than the animated graphics start.

@rinconmike when you unlock your truck, open and close your door the animation will display.
