I placed an order on July 6th for a 2023 Traverse with a local multi Chevrolet Dealership in Kenosha, Burlington and Mukwonago Wisconsin. I was told at the time of order that the dealership would not submit the order with GM until Monday July 10th, 2023. I contacted the dealer on July 31st and requested the GM order information and was told that GM has not accepted my order and that they (Dealership) do not have a number. That said, the dealer has been and continues to push me to purchase an instock Traverse on one of their lots. Is all of this normal for Chevolet and the dealerships that represent them??

My Traverse Order is nothing special and pretty much a standard LT configuration and color. (Sterling Gray, AWD, 7passenger, towing with luggage rack and a couple of dealer installed items) I realize that ordering a vehicle takes time and I am in no hurry, but acceptance of the order should only be a key stroke.

I have been a loyal GM customer my entire life and have purchased over a million dollars worth of vehicles from them. Whatever happen to customer service and loyalty??? GM wants you to be loyal to them, but does not want to offer the same in return.

I would like to thank you in advance for your input and responses.
